Arrow was great. Our second story toilet was running and leaking. When we noticed the water coming through, we quickly turned it off. I called several companies and Arrow was kind enough to come same day. Once here, the problem could not be fixed. We needed a new toilet. Tracy and Dan were kind enough to recommend we buy a new one and have them come back. This saved us some money on the hourly rate. Dan came back that week and installed the new toilet quickly. All in all, great service at a good price.

Customer Service is good but no follow through.... We have been trying to schedule an appointment for a week now and can't seem to get an appointment. We called last Tuesday and they told us their scheduler was out sick and someone would call us back. Thursday, one of their techs called my husband and said he would stop by Friday about 3pm to take a look. He never came and didn't answer the phone since. I called yesterday (Monday) and got a new girl (she told me she was new) and she took a message and said someone would call me back. This morning I call, after 9AM and I got their after hours answering service. She took a message and said she would get it to them. My husband just called and they said that they passed it along to their back flow person and it may be sometime Friday! As I'm typing this review, they called me and said they are sending a tech today between 12-4PM. So we'll see. However, if this wasn't our builders issue, I would have called another plumbing company. I won't be recomeending this company.

Over promised and under delivered multiple times. I spent more time following up on this job then it should take to build a home and it's still not done. Scheduling errors, product availability, lack of follow-up, and lack of empathy are the reasons why I took the time to write this review. Arrow Plumbing spends more time making excuses then working a solution. Sarah, was always at lunch when I called. Even the owner Billy said he was going to call back after I explained my side of the story, after 3 days no call back. Well, I don't like writing reviews but I felt compelled to let others know. Cut my losses and moved on after 3 months of a head ache.

One of the worst and most unprofessional experiences ever with a service provider. Their tech (who is no longer employed) claimed I needed a back ordered part for a kitchen faucet. When the part came months later and I was finally able to secure a follow-up visit, I wound up waiting hours for the new tech to arrive on the assigned day. Apparently the company's computer system had been down for days. When the tech finally did arrive, he didn't have the part with him and didn't know what I was talking about. The office then advised me that: (i) the part had not been put on his truck; and (ii) the part received from the supplier was actually incorrect. I had the second tech check out the faucet in any event and it turned out that it could be fixed with a simple cleaning and no new part was necessary.

Dan was out for more warranty issues with our new home. As always, he got the job done in a timely matter and did the job right. We try to always request Dan because he is the BEST!!! You will not find anyone more honest and dependable than Dan!
