DO NOT USE BEST HOME SERVICES!! Wanted an anode rod replacement for my water heater was quoted $370!!! Insane! Also was given extremely high quotes for replacing a well pump and installing a osmosis system, I didn’t want either!!! A new anode rod is less than $60. If you want to be overcharged for simple fixes this company will give you very expensive quotes to try to steal your money. The absolute worst. They just want to rip you off. SCAMMERS!!! Just got watch a YouTube video on repairs and fix the problem yourself. Stop giving these scammers your hard earned money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

There's the appointment no part told they'd be here Friday morning early I called at 11:30 and they didn't have me on the schedule yet. They put me on the schedule until 6p was told at 5:30 p.m. that they couldn't get the part earlier this morning but they didn't bother to tell me that no one would show up and they didn't have a part and I would have to wait till Monday. Monday I waited for someone to call and tell me what time they were coming and they didn't so I called at 11:30 to have them put me on the schedule. from 2:00 to 4:00 then someone else said 4:00 to 6:00 and someone else said four to eight another no-show. Today, the day before the hurricane, another tech came out fix the system in 30 minutes and it didn't need a part. Super over them. My electric bill went from 3:50 to $1,000 because of the AC running wrong. In the meantime during all of this I got at least seven calls regarding their membership savings.

I would give zero stars and rename it Worst home services. My cousin waits home all morning for an 8-1 window, confirmed appointment, only to be called at 12:30 to reschedule. Our time is valuable whether you can believe that or not. Lately, customer service is non- existent in Southwest Florida

Corey was excellent. Explained everything to us. Very pleasant! Showed us pictures of the problems on our air conditioner and sent me an email as well. No pressure what so ever which made me comfortable.Corey came back the next day on time and did a super job. There was mold on the equipment. He cleaned and removed all the mold looks like new! I would highly recommend him to anyone with issues with your air conditioner.He knows what he is doing!

Corey arrived on time as promised. He was excellent and very professional. He serviced my AC System for $47 and provided opinions and recommendations to protect me from power surges. Very professional, friendly and highly recommend Corey and Best Home Services. No pressure selling only good honest advice. Thank you Corey and Best Home Service. Will definitely use their service again.
