An OUTSTANDING company! we discovered a broken sewer pipe just outside of our home. Our call was actually handled by a real person! Tim, the technician who responded , was right on time and was very cordial and knowledgeable. He answered all my dumb questions! He left the area of work cleaner and than I would have! the bill was VERY reasonable and work was perfect. we are customers for life!

Recently, Hill & Hill did a complete Master bathroom renovation for us. They removed the tub, vanity, the floor and most of the walls. They enlarged the shower with a new glass shower & til floor & walls. They redirected the drains, installed the new vanity, a new tile floor and all new plumbing and fixtures. We would like to say that they did absolutely outstanding and excellent work. They gave us a detailed work plan, listing all activities and subcontractors with their times to start and stop. They provided site supervision and stayed constantly in touch with my wife and I. Everything was done on time and according to the budget that we and they prepared together. we highly highly recommend Hill & Hill to do any plumbing work or renovations. We had a pleasant and professional serviceman. My complaint is in the billing. We were charged over $700 to replace the guts of two toilets. These parts for two toilets are no more than $60 combined. I have replaced the guts in toilets in about 30 minute. So in my mind that leaves over $600 in labor for a hour, tops two hours. Unfortunately, I am not in the area otherwise I would have done this myself. This company took advantage of (riped off) unknowing customers. Not good businesses

Called multiple plumbers for an emergency and this was the first to actually offer after hours service. Not only that but they were here within 2 hours. Greg was professional, courteous, and got our issues fixed as quickly as he could.
