James Wedel1 StarAfter spending $2500 to clear a main sewer drain line, the tech did not have a camera that would reach to the road to find out where the problem is. After talking to the owner (Aaron), he said he would send out a longer cabled camera to find the issue. After numerous attempts to get this done, Aaron does not return phone calls and I will have to go to a plumbing shop to find the obstruction. Very disappointed in this company and will not use them again.Friday 12th January 2024
Steven Conner2 StarInvoice# 73-355665 3/23/23 Over charged, failed repair and no response to get failed repair fixed. I own multiple businesses in town. But nothing in the Plumbing department. I could hear a leak in my pipes so I had a professional company come out and find the leak. A pipe that comes out of my house and feeds my garage Spicket with water was leaking about one foot below the ground.
Called Roto Rooter, scheduled an appointment. They did show up on time. That’s why I did give them 2 stars. I showed the tech where it was leaking. The tech took a quick look and said it would be $789. 😳 I was pretty shocked so I repeated what he said with a question mark. To repair a fitting? He said yes I have to remove the dirt and may need to go get parts. In the pictures, You will see how much dirt we are talking about. I had to have water so I approved the repair.
He was here about 3 hours but probably worked on the pipe about an hour. His truck never left, he never had to get parts.
Not the best experience but not enough to complain about. Now we had water. The following week. I noticed water coming out of the ground in the same place as the repair. And I absolutely know there are no other pipes in that area. I called for service to get it repaired again. They said they would dispatch it and I have not heard back from them again.

In business accidents happen but the urgency and how you take care of the issue is priority.

Connie Lewis1 StarThis company is very very expensive DO Not Call this company they charged me 8,365 dollars to fix plumbing and it came undone flooding my yard and inside my neighbors house and when I called and the technician came back out and told me that it wasn’t his problem. The mobile home park I live in called LT Plumbing and they had to replace the faulty part roto rooter put in that came undone and they charged 2,386.33 and they did the same work and worked through all of the nastiness. So now you know who to call. The pictures so the blown up part and what it looked like when LT Plumbing finished.Tuesday 6th December 2022

I called Roto Rooter and left a message with the operator and was told that someone would call me back soon. 2 1/2 hours later I called and was told the same thing. Well guess what? No one ever called me back. Thankfully I was able to find a local plumber that was eager to fix my issue.Sunday 7th January 2024
